Solid Kempas Exotic Hardwood Flooring from the Tropics. 3 5/8" wide Retails for $5.89 foot. I've got 58 boxes left (Est 1240 square feet) Retail over $7300 + tax. I'll take $5000 for it. I'd prefer to sell it all or close to all. At least a 1000 feet of it. Must be installed above grade (no basements) Its also harder than oak flooring and it gets darker over time according to the Internet. Its got different shades as you can see in the picture. Thats a characteristic of Kempas. Its also heavy - probably 100 lbs a box.
