Tri County Rental Property is your rental housing business partner. We offer two packages presently to help you get your rental property exposed to the most potential renters via the Internet. If your a potential renter you can browse through our ads free of charge. We also have a Links page that has useful information on the area if your new to the area.

We are based out of the McMinn County area which encompases the towns of Athens, Etowah, Niota, Englewood and Calhoun. We also list rental properties in the Meigs and Monroe County areas. Meigs County has the town of Decatur plus the Watts Bar area on the Tennessee River. Monroe County has the towns of Madisonville, Sweetwater, Vonore and Tellico Plains. We also list rental properties in the surrounding counties as they are sent to us.
